The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

• Subject Site: Endowment Block, 304 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie, WA 6430

To

• Leaser: Holman Family Trust. Trading as Kalgoorlie Newsagency

For the consideration of $42,840 per annum (excluding GST), for a 3-year term plus 3 one-year options.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to:

5.00pm WST on 23 September 2025.
