The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

Subject Site: Part of Lot 151 on Deposited Plan 222587 Volume 1704 Folio 882, 316 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie, Western Australia 6430.
To Lessee: KALGOORLIE BOULDER TOURIST CENTRE INC.

For the consideration of $110 per annum (including GST) for a four (4) year term.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to 5.00pm WST on 5 September 2026.
