The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

• Subject Site: Lot 155, 292 Hannan Street Kalgoorlie.
• To Lessee: Optus Retailco Pty Ltd.

For the consideration of $44,341.00 per annum (including GST), for a One (1) - year term with four (4) x one (1) year options.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to 5.00pm WST on 2 January 2025.

Submissions should be marked ‘Lease Optus Retailco 292 Hannan Street’ and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Kalgoorlie - Boulder, PO 2042, Boulder WA 6432.
