The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

• Subject Site: Lot 159, 254 Hannan Street Kalgoorlie.
• To Lessee: Stacey’s Hair Candy

For the consideration of $14,036.00 per annum(including GST) for a two (2) - year term with three (3) x one (1) year options.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to 5.00pm WST on 2 January 2025.
