The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

• Subject Site: Portion of Lot 159, Shop 260 Hannan Street Kalgoorlie.
• To Lessee: Vogue West PTY LTD T/A Helloworld Travel

For the consideration of $28,820.00 per annum (excluding GST) for a two (2) - year term with (1 x 3) three, one-year option.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to 5.00pm WST on 7 March 2026.
