The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

• Subject Site: Lot 159, Shop 7 (Market Arcade) 272 Hannan Street Kalgoorlie.
• To Lessee: Mawang Family Support Services.

For the consideration of $14,278.00 per annum (including GST) for a two (2) - year term with (3 x 1) three, one-year options.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to 5.00pm WST on 9 January 2026
