The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

  • Subject Site: Endowment Block, Market Arcade shop 2/272 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie, WA 6430

To

  • Lessee: Supatra Morris. Trading as Goldfi elds Thai Massage

For the consideration of $12,960.00 per annum + outgoings (excluding GST), for a 3-year term plus 3 one-year options.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to:

  • 5.00pm WST on 8 November 2025.
