The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

• Subject Site: Part of Lot 152 Deposited Plan 222587 Volume 1704 Folio 883, 314 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie, Western Australia 6430.
• To Lessee: Goldfields Women’s Refuge.

For the consideration of $37,620.00 per annum, inclusive of GST for a two (2) - year term with (3) three (1) year options.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to 5.00pm WST on 21 November 2026.

Submissions should be marked “Goldfields Women’s Refuge” - 314 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie, and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Kalgoorlie - Boulder, PO 2042, Boulder WA 6432.
