The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

Subject Site: Part of Lot 154 Plan 222587 Volume 1704 Folio 885, 300 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie, Western Australia 6430.
To Lessee: WML CONSULTANTS PTY LTD.

For the consideration of $83,589.00 per annum (including GST) for a two (2) - year term with (3) three (1) year options.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to 5.00pm WST on 08 August 2026.
