The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

• Subject Site: Portion of Lot 154, Shop (Lower) 300 Hannan Street Kalgoorlie.
• To Lessee: Tom Kat Henderson Pty Ltd trading as Pets on Hannan.

For the consideration of $28,600.00 per annum, (excluding GST) for a two (2) - year term with (3) three (1) year options.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to 5.00pm WST on 28 March 2026.
