The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

• Subject Site: Portion of Lot 158 Shop 3 Market Arcade 272 Hannan, Street Kalgoorlie.
• To Lessee: Michelle Anne Warren trading as Warren Art Studio.

For the consideration of $18,480 per annum and $3,198.00 per annum outgoings (including GST) for a two (2) - year term with (3) three (1) year options.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to 5.00pm WST on 7 June 2026.
