The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

• Subject Site: Portion of Lot 160 Deposited Plan 222587 Volume 1704 Folio 889 36 Cassidy Street, Kalgoorlie.
• To Lessee: Kanchalee Kittiapinya trading as Single D Coffee.

For the consideration of $18,150.00 per annum (including GST) for a two (2) - year term with (3) three (1) year options.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to 5.00pm WST on 27 June 2026.
