The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

Subject Site: Portion of Lot 4531 Hart Kerspien Drive, Broadwood, located at Kalgoorlie-Boulder Airport.
To Lessee: Texrio Pty Ltd trading as Goldfields Air Services

For the consideration of $20,757 (inclusive of GST). The proposed lease is for an initial term of one (1) year with one (1) option to renew for a further two (2) years.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to 5.00pm WST on 28 March 2026.

Submissions should be marked “Lease Texrio 4531 Hart Kerspien Drive, Broadwood” and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Kalgoorlie - Boulder, PO 2042, Boulder WA 6432. Submissions may be emailed to mailbag@ckb.wa.gov.au.
