The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

• Subject Site: Portion of Lot 4531 Hart Kerspien Drive, Broadwood, located at Kalgoorlie-Boulder Airport.

To

• Lessee: Viva Energy

For the consideration of $4,200 per annum (excluding GST), for a five (5) - year term.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to:

• 5.00pm WST on 29 November 2025.
