The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

Subject Site: Shop 7, 272 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie, WA 6430.
To Lessee: Michelle Brown trading as Great Eastern Physiotherapy.

For the consideration of $16,634.60 per annum (inclusive of outgoings and GST) for a two (2) - year term with (3) three (1) year options.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to 5.00pm WST on 08 August 2026.
