Licence Proposal Portion of Lot 4531 Hart Kerspien Drive, Broadwood, located at Kalgoorlie-Boulder Airport.

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to licence:

  • Subject Site: Portion of Lot 4531 Hart Kerspien Drive, Broadwood, located at Kalgoorlie-Boulder Airport.
  • To Lessee: Worldly Investments Pty Ltd Trading as Avis Pty Ltd

For Ten per cent (10%) of Gross Airport-Derived Turnover for the month in respect of which the Licence Fee is payable, plus GST, or the Licensee’s Proportion of the Minimum Licence Fee in respect of that month plus GST, whichever is the greater. The proposed licence is for an initial term of Five (5) years with one (1) option to renew for a further Five (5) years.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to 5.00pm WST on 4 April 2026.
