LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME NO. 2 – AMENDMENT NO. 1

Notice is hereby given for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Kalgoorlie Boulder Local Planning Scheme amendment on 5 August 2025 for the purpose of -

• Rezoning Lots 337-342 Forrest St and Lots 343-346 Havelock St, South Boulder, from ‘Residential’ to ‘Light Industry’ in accordance with the Scheme Amendment Map, and
• Deleting the respective R-Codes accordingly, as more clearly shown in the Scheme Amendment Map.

The amendment documents are available for viewing at www.ckb.wa.gov.au or at City of Kalgoorlie Boulder Administration Centre at No. 577 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie, 6430.
