NOTICE OF INTENTION TO IMPOSE DIFFERENTIAL RATES
Section 6.36
Local Government Act 1995
In accordance with section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder hereby gives notice to the ratepayers of its intention to impose differential rates for each rating category for the 2022/23 financial year.

The Statement of Objects and Reasons for the above differential rates was adopted for advertising at Ordinary Council Meeting on Monday 9 May 2022. These are available for inspection at the following council buildings: 9:00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
- City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Administration Office, 577 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie,
- Customer Service Centre, Kalgoorlie Town Hall, Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie,
- William Grundt Memorial Library, 13 Roberts Street, South Kalgoorlie,
- City’s website: ckb.wa.gov.au
Electors and Ratepayers are invited to make written submissions to the proposed differential rates to Council for their consideration within twenty-one (21) days of this notice. Submissions close at 4.30pm on Tuesday 7 June 2022. No late submissions will be accepted.
All submissions are to be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, PO Box 2042, Boulder WA 6432, or by emailing mailbag@ckb.wa.gov.au.
Once Council has considered the submissions, the Differential Rates and the 2022/23 Budget (with or without modification) will be adopted by Council.
