NOTICE OF INTENTION TO IMPOSE DIFFERENTIAL RATES
Section 6.36 Local Government Act 1995
Notice is given in accordance with section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, that the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder proposes to impose the following gross rental value (GRV) and unimproved (UV) differential general rates in 2023/24.

The Statement of Objects and Reasons for each differential rate and minimum payment can be accessed on the City’s website www.ckb.wa.gov.au or is available for inspection at the following council buildings: 9:00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
- City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Administration Office, 577 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie,
- William Grundt Memorial Library, 13 Roberts Street, South Kalgoorlie,
Ratepayers and Electors are invited to make written submissions on the proposed differential rates to Council for their consideration. Submissions close at 4.30pm on Friday 16 June 2023. No late submissions will be accepted.
All submissions are to be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, P O Box 2042, Boulder WA 6432, or by emailing mailbag@ckb.wa.gov.au.
Once Council has considered the submissions, the Differential Rates and the 2023/24 Budget (with or without modification) will be adopted by Council.
