Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder has received an application for development approval seeking to amend an existing childcare facility (D088/25) at the site below, and public comments are invited:

Lot No: 3397
Street: No. 20 Carrington Street
Suburb: South Kalgoorlie, 6430

Proposal: An increase of 43m2 to the building and increasing the number of children from 60 to 72, and the number of staff from 10 to 12.

Submissions may be made on the proposal up until Thursday, 18 September 2025. Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the local government in writing on or before that date.

Submissions should be marked “D088/25 — Amendments to an existing Child Care Facility” and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, PO Box 2024, Boulder WA 6432, or emailed to mailbag@ckb.wa.gov.au.
