Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder has received an application for development approval for a change of use for an occupational health and safety training facility (‘use not listed’ - Local Planning Scheme No. 2) (D151/25) at the site below, and public comments are invited:

• Lot No: 101, 3428 & 2691
• Street: 223 & 225 Boulder Road
• Suburb: South Kalgoorlie WA 6430

Proposal: The applicant seeks to utilise the existing building with no structural modifications, and the use of the existing carparking area for parking and outdoor training.
Details of the proposal are available to the public at: yoursay.ckb.wa.gov.au/planning-notices (online) or 577 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie WA 6430 (hard copy).
Submissions may be made on the proposal up until Wednesday, 25 February 2026. Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the local government in writing on or before that date.
