Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder has received an application to amend a previously approved development for an educational establishment (PA271/10). The original development was approved by the City on 10 November 2010 at the site below, and public comments are invited:
- Lot No: 221
- Street: No. 60 Moran Street
- Suburb: Boulder, 6432
Proposal: The application seeks to delete Condition 5 of the Development Approval (P271/10), which reads:
The approval for the use of an Educational Establishment hereby permitted allows the use to be operated/ occupied by SMYL Community Services. If SMYL Community Services ceases to operate/occupy the use on the subject site, the approval for the use shall expire.
A new training services operator, Training Alliance Group (TAG), is now seeking an amendment to the development approval to operate the educational establishment at the subject site.

Submissions may be made on the proposal up until Saturday, 28 February 2026. Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the local government in writing on or before that date.
