Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal

The City has received an application for a change of use to Restaurant/Café and Convenience Store at Lot 50, 600 and 601 (No. 196) Lane Street, Boulder. Prior to the City considering the proposal, comments from surrounding owners are invited.

The proposed Restaurant/Café and Convenience Store are ‘A’ and ‘D’ land uses, respectively in the Residential zone under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No. 2 and are required to be advertised before completion of assessment and determination.

Decision Maker: City Council

Details of the proposal are available to the public at:

Submissions may be made on the proposal up until 14 June 2026. Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the local government in writing on or before that date.

Submissions should be marked “D001/26 proposed change of use to Restaurant/Café and Convenience Store” and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, PO Box 2024, Boulder, WA 6432, or emailed to mailbag@ckb.wa.gov.au.
