Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal

The City has received an application for the construction of telecommunications infrastructure at Lot 405 (No.255) Hay Street, Kalgoorlie, WA 6430 (Reference No.D058/26). Prior to the City considering the proposal, comments from surrounding owners and occupiers are invited.

The proposed Telecommunications Infrastructure is an ‘A’ land use in the Mixed Use zone under the City’s Local Planning Scheme No. 2 and is required to be advertised before determination. The proposal includes the construction of an 18-metre-tall lattice tower.

Details of the proposal are available to the public at: yoursay.ckb.wa.gov.au/planning notices (online) or 577 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie WA 6430 (hard copy).

Submissions may be made on the proposal up until 22 July 2026. Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the local government in writing on or before that date.
