Proposal for Permanent Road Closure
Right-of-Way (ID No. 3489785) between
Lot 2 (No. 158A) and Lot 647 (No. 160) Cheetham Street, Kalgoorlie, 6430.

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder hereby provides notice in accordance with Part 5 Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997 and Part 2 Regulation 9 of the Land Administration Regulations 1998, of the proposed permanent closure of:

• Right-of-Way (ID No. 3489785) between Lot 2 (No. 158A) and Lot 647 (No. 160) Cheetham Street, Kalgoorlie, 6430.

The City invites submissions as part of this proposal in writing to the City no later than Sunday, 28 September 2025.
