Proposal for Permanent Road Closure
Right-of-Way (ID No. 3491460) between Lot 1682 (No. 58) and Lot 1683 (No. 54) Lyall Street, Lamington, 6430.

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder hereby provides notice in accordance with Part 5 Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997 and Part 2 Regulation 9 of the Land Administration Regulations 1998, of the proposed permanent closure of:

• Right-of-Way (ID No. 3491460) between Lot 1682 (No. 58) and Lot 1683 (No. 54) Lyall Street, Lamington, 6430.

The City invites submissions as part of this proposal in writing to the City no later than Sunday, 28 September 2025.
