Successful Grant Recipients for 2024/25

The City is proud to support our not-for-profit organisations and community groups who undertake important projects and activities that strengthen and enhance the social wellbeing, development, and sustainability of our city.

In the 2024-25 financial year, the City will award $620,161 to local community groups, incorporating new grants and pre-existing agreements.

The City received a number of outstanding applications from organisations seeking to increase their impact on the community across a number of fields, including sport, arts, recreation and community services.

Royal Lifesaving Society WA

Equip participants with skills and knowledge to improve water safety and confidence.

Palace Theatre Recreation Centre

To assist with operational expenses, building maintenance, and a Junior Marshall Training Program.

Total: $45,000 over 3 years

Eastern Goldfields Talent Development Centre

Development of three key programs:

  • Athlete Education Workshops
  • Coaching Networking Event
