Community Town Hall Meeting

Past Event

The City invites all residents, businesses, and community members to join us for our first Community Town Hall Meeting where we will review achievements over the last year and discuss future initiatives.

Our Community Town Hall Meeting is a unique opportunity for you to hear from Mayor Glenn Wilson, Elected Members, and our Executive Leadership Team. This interactive session will cover:

Achievements Review:

We will provide an update on the progress we have made over the last year based on the Community Perception Survey Action Plan. This includes:

  • Implementation of the Community Safety and Crime Prevention Plan.
  • Expansion of the CCTV network.
  • Enhancements in family and youth services.
  • Improvements in senior services and community engagement.
  • Infrastructure projects such as road improvements and mobility mapping.

Future Initiatives:

Our Leadership Team will outline the upcoming projects and initiatives designed to address the evolving needs of our community. Focus areas include:

  • Continued investment in public safety.
  • Development of health and community services.
  • Advocacy for housing and land development.
  • Ongoing road and infrastructure enhancements.

Question & Answer Session:

Following the presentations, there will be a Question & Answer session where attendees can ask questions, provide feedback, and share their ideas. This is your chance to contribute to the ongoing development of our city. Together, we can create a better future for Kalgoorlie-Boulder. We look forward to seeing you at the Community Town Hall Meeting.
