The City is excited to welcome Eskimo Joe to Kalgoorlie-Boulder for the second concert in the Sunset at the Soundshell Series, bringing their much-loved Alternative Rock sound to Centennial Park on Saturday evening 12 February.

With their impressive list of award-winning compositions, Eskimo Joe will delight residents with their stage presence and well-known lyrics. Come along to listen to your favourites, Black Fingernails Red Wine, Got What You Need and From the Sea, while enjoying BYO drinks (no glass) and food from the many food trucks on offer and the company of your friends and family.

Kavyen Temperley, Eskimo Joe lead singer, songwriter and bassist, said the band is so excited to be heading back to Kalgoorlie-Boulder.

“Live music is back! We are so happy to be able to bring our show to you all,” said Mr. Temperley.

Warming up the audience will be local classic rock band Black Venom. The trio will get the crowd pumped with a 25-minute set of original music and popular cover songs.

And back by popular demand, Sabrina Davies, aka Pink aka Lady Gaga, will be joining in on the fun to MC the evening and entertain the crowd. The City is very excited to welcome her back to Kalgoorlie-Boulder.

The City would like to remind concert attendees of the following State Government COVID-19 mandate restrictions that will be in place for the second concert in the series:

  • Patrons are required to “check in” using the ServiceWA app and provide proof of vaccination within the app;
  • For those patrons not using the ServiceWA app, they can present a paper copy or “wallet” copy alongside a piece of photo ID;
  • Patrons are encouraged to bring a mask to the event if they are unable to physically distance.

The event venue (Centennial Park) will be completely fenced and patrons can enter through any of the 3 admission gates.

The City would also like to remind attendees that the event is smoke and vape free. To smoke or vape attendees must leave the premises (fenced area).
