Notice is hereby given that, under section 6.64 of the Local Government Act 1995, as rates and service charges have been owing for a period of at least 3 years the City of Kalgoorlie Boulder is to offer for sale by public auction on the land described below.

Auction - Registration
- Interested Parties will need to register on the day of the Auction at the Town Hall.
- If required, an interested party can pre-register prior to the auction day by emailing the auctioneer Tony Maddox - tony@asktonym.com.au.
- On auction day, interested parties will need to provide a copy of their Driver’s License or another form of Identification (ID) to register.
- Each registered bidder will be issued a buyer’s number by the Auctioneer on auction day.
- Registered bidders will use their Buyers Number to Bid.
- The Auctioneer will not accept Bids without a registered Buyers Number.
Deposit
- On the fall of the hammer, the buyer is to pay the 10% deposit as per the terms and conditions of the contract of sale (refer to terms and conditions section below).
- Payment of the deposit must be made by a direct bank transfer to Tony Maddox Real Estate Trust Account or EFTPOS payment by Debit Card, Mastercard or Visa Card.
